By accessing or using the website at stephenvillefence.com(the "Site") operated by Master Stephenville Fence ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the Site or engage our services.
Master Stephenville Fence provides professional fence installation, repair, replacement, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Stephenville, Texas, and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to wood fence installation, vinyl fence installation, chain link fence installation, aluminum fence installation, privacy fencing, farm and ranch fencing, custom fence design, pool fencing, ornamental iron fencing, security fencing, automatic gate installation, fence staining and sealing, and fence repair and replacement.
All estimates provided by Master Stephenville Fence are based on an on-site assessment of the project scope, materials selected, and site conditions at the time of the estimate. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if site conditions change, if additional work is identified during installation, or if the customer requests changes to the scope of work after an estimate has been issued. Any changes that affect cost will be communicated in writing before additional work proceeds.
Estimates do not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed a written work agreement or you have provided written confirmation to proceed.
Where required by local ordinance, Master Stephenville Fence will apply for and obtain the necessary building permits on your behalf. Permit fees are included in your written estimate unless otherwise noted. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any applicable HOA approvals or easement clearances are obtained before work begins. Work cannot proceed until all required approvals are in place.
Installation dates are scheduled by mutual agreement following acceptance of a written estimate. We will do our best to meet scheduled dates, but delays may occur due to weather conditions, permit processing times, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you promptly of any scheduling changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials already purchased or labor already performed. We will provide a clear accounting of any charges before finalizing a cancellation.
Payment terms are specified in your written work agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before materials are ordered, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and your final walkthrough approval.
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe,Master Stephenville Fence reserves the right to assess a late fee or suspend services on outstanding work. For projects where materials have been purchased and installation is in progress, a lien may be filed against the property in accordance withTexas law.
As a customer, you are responsible for:
Master Stephenville Fence warrants our workmanship against defects in installation. If a failure in our work is identified, we will return to assess and correct the issue at no additional cost. Material warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship guarantee. We will assist you in pursuing a manufacturer warranty claim where possible.
